About Bienvenue
The name of our cottage is Bienvenue which means welcome. It is one street back from Lakeview on the westside (7th street). It rents from Saturday at 2:00pm until the following Saturday at noon.
July is all rented. We have open weeks, June 2 - 9 and 9 - 16 and August 4-11, 18 - 25 and August 25 - September 1 plus after September 8.
Our cottage sleeps 6 adults and 3 children comfortably. There are 2 double beds (one each in two rooms) and a larger room with 3 twin beds and one double (one of the twins is a top bunk).
We have 1.5 baths and 3 upstairs bedrooms. Room A/C in each bedroom. Nice front porch (re-decorated 2016). Tub inside and a very nice outdoor private shower just outside kitchen door. Brick porch in the front is new as of 2017. New living room couches 2017.
We have laundry and internet. Plus a flat screen TV and DVD player.
Tenants should bring their own sheets and towels, they are responsible for leaving cottage perfectly cleaned for the next tenant.
We do not allow pets and there is no smoking allowed on the premises.
