The Linwood Park Cottage Owners Association was established in 1931 by a group of Cottage Owners to represent the interests of the cottage owners to the Linwood Park Company. The Association also sponsors events for the enjoyment of all (See the Activities page).
Throughout it’s history the Association has provided input to the Park Company on issues that affect the cottage owners, representing cottage owners not owning stock. It also has provided funds to make improvements to the Park such as playground equipment and building maintenance.
